Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How to start a return

Email info@moinastr.com with your name, the email address used for your order and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply personally with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@moinastr.com, including a photo, and we will make it right.
